Concept

To play the Great Escape, there is a minimum requirement of 1 GLMR JUNGLE NFT +1 Bananas token ($GLMB) per game session.

However, you can also decide to give a little boost to your GLMR JUNGLE character by equipping him with up to 2 Badges NFTs. (It’s entirely optional)

There are two types of Badges: Great Badges and Minor Badges. Players can equip their NFT with up to one of each kind of Badge on each game session.

Great Badges

There are two categories of Great Badges: Species and Apemocrats.

Species

The Species badges give and extra boost to the special ability of your ape (HP, speed and/or Jump).

There is one type of Species Badge for each species of apes present in the game : 🦍 Gorilla (+HP), 🐒 Chimpanzees (+speed), 🦧 Orangutans (+jump) and 💎 Bonobos (+HP,+speed,+jump).

This type of Badge only works when equipped on the right category. For example, if you have a Gorilla Species Badge, it can only be equipped on a Gorilla (hence boosting its HP). It cannot be equipped on an Orangutan.

🥉 Bronze Species Badges: increase the special ability of your Apes by 3% 🥈 Silver Species Badges: increase the special ability of your Apes by 5% 🏅 Golden Species Badges: increase the special ability of your Apes by 7% 💠 Diamond Species Badges: increase the special ability of your Apes by 10%

Apemocrats

The Apemocrats badges were airdropped to GLMR APES holders who actively took part in the DAO’s vote between April and July 2022.

These Badges come in 4 classes (🥉 Bronze, 🥈 Silver, 🏅 Golden and 💠 Diamond) and give an extra bonus on the fruit score of the players at the end of their game session.

The higher the class of the Apemocrat, the higher the percentage of bonus on your fruit score:

🥉 Bronze Apemocrats: +2% bonus on your fruit score at the end of the game session. 🥈 Silver Apemocrats: +3% bonus on your fruit score at the end of the game session. 🏅 Golden Apemocrats: +5% bonus on your fruit score at the end of the game session. 💠 Diamond Apemocrats: +7% bonus on your fruit score at the end of the game session.

Minor Badges

On top of equipping your GLMJ NFT with a Great Badge, you can also add to it a Minor Badge.

There are 6 Minor Badges:

• 🍍 Fruit Taster allows the player to eat 3 rotten fruits without losing score points.
• 🅰️ The Letter doubles the score (50 instead of 25) you get for each A,P,E,S letter in the game. It also doubles the extra Bonus if you get all 4 letters (150 instead of 75 extra points).
