Bunch of Bananas (BoB) was the second collection released by GLMA DAO. Not to be confused with the 2nd Ape generation, which is GLMJ.
The 125 Bunch of Bananas NFTs (BoB) were dropped to GLMR APES who took part in the first DAO snapshot in January in order to reward active members of the Apemocracy.
There are four kinds of BoB, bronze, silver, gold and diamond. The rarity of the NFT voters got was based on the number of GLMA they had on their wallet, as shown bellow.

BoB are important components in the $GLMB economy and have great value to their holders, as they are used to redistribute $GLMB token from the Jungle bank back into the economy. GLMA can use Apemocracy to vote for changes in the fraction of $GLMB the BoB will get. The secondary market value of BoB is therefore intrinsically tied to the dollar/glmr value of $GLMB. These are the $GLMB drops per NFT that have been executed and the ones planned.

While the initial drop was a grant that gave BoB holders some extra muscle to mint more GLMJ first mint phase, the rest of drops were voted on by Apemocracy. GLMA decided that BoB holders got 25% of the Bananas token collected during the first phase of the GLMJ mint. About 35.000 $GLMB were collected in the mint, which means that 8.750 $GLMB will be distributed in 4 dates, based on the rarity of BoB.
On a second vote, GLMA decided that BoB holders would get 12.5% of the Bananas fees collected during gameplay, which still cannot be calculated.
On Nov 10, 2022 via this vote the DAO decided for this system of B.o.B. &GLMB distribution:
✅ In order to receive their weekly $BANANAS (GLMB) drops, B.o.B holders would need to play at least x game sessions during the week.
🥉 Bronze B.o.B : > at least 1 game session in the week
🥈 Silver B.o.B : > at least 2 game sessions in the week
🥇 Golden B.o.B : > at least 3 game sessions in the week
💎 Diamond B.o.B : > at least 5 game sessions in the week
❌ Players failing to reach the minimum amount of game sessions per week would not receive their B.o.B drop. Their drop would go instead to the DAO's treasury and/or be burned.
✅ Players with enough game sessions will have nothing else to do but play the required number of games to receive their drop (it will be sent to them automatically).
